After talking to Melki in Kastleton in Throne and Liberty, we are sent to the Einar priestess Grace. She is standing near the waypoint.

In Throne and Liberty, Grace is a tall woman with long gold-blonde hair, which is partially covered by a white veil. She wears a white robe, a golden crown, and a mask that covers most of her face. She wears a necklace around her neck.
