The Heroic Hood of the Resistance can drop from the following sources:

  • Black Boars in Purelight Hill
  • Complete the Crown Blessed by Moonlight entry in the Lithograph Book

You can also craft it at the Senior Armor Crafter in Stonegard Castle, if you have a Precious Lithograph: Heroic Hood of the Resistance. Lithographs are usually purchased at the Auction House.
