How to Get Skill Specialization Points To unlock Skill Specializations, you must spend Skill Specialization Points. You don't have any of these when you start the game. When you hit Level 25 you will get your first points. Each subsequent level up will grant you more points. By level 50, you'll have 100 Specialization Points. These points can be spent in the Skill Specialization menu to alter your skills in various ways. Skill Specialization Menu in Throne & Liberty How to Use Skill Specialization To access the Skill Specialization menu, open your Skills menu (press K on PC), then click the Skill Specialization tab. This menu shows all of your currently equipped skills on the left. Click on a skill to see the available Specializations on the right side of the menu. At the bottom left you can see how many points you have remaining. Each Specialization has a cost, and selecting it will allocate that many points. You can redistribute your points later so don't be afraid to experiment with different options. Most Specializations change the associated skill in one fairly minor way, such as adding an extra effect or condition, or making the skill cheaper to use. However, a minority of the Specializations apply larger changes to the skill that will cause the Skill's name and icon to change. For example, players using the Daggers can change Frenzied Sword Dance to Mad Sword Dance, reducing the number of attacks but concentrating them all on a single target. Mad Sword Dance also allows you to reuse the skill again within 3 seconds.
