Throne and Liberty New Weapon Mastery Nodes System Overview Page

The weapon mastery/specialization system replaces the old mastery system with a brand new one. Level up each weapon to a maximum of 200.

Additionally you can slot up to 4 weapon independent passives. Each skill unlocks at a specific total of specialization points (Points of all weapons added together). You unlock an the slots at the total of 130, 260, 390 and 520 points. The passive skills are the following:

Unlocked at lvl 130
If your Health is below 50%, Attack Speed increases by 20% and Cooldown Speed increases by 35% for 5s. Has a cooldown of 60s.
Destruction Spear
Destruction Spear
Unlocked at lvl 130
Upon landing 5 attack skills, fires a destructive spear that deals 135% of Base Damage to a single target. Stacks once per skill. Has a cooldown of 5s. Not Applied to: Mother Nature's Protest, Umbral Spirit, Thunder Spirit, and Ray of Disaster
Spirit of Defiance
Spirit of Defiance
Unlocked at lvl 260
On defending 3 Fury Attacks with Defense Skills within 1s, deals 100% of Base Damage to targets within a 5m radius and applies Collision: Push. Has a cooldown of 20s.
Deadly Survival Instinct
Deadly Survival Instinct
Unlocked at lvl 260
Survival skills' cooldown decreases by 3s with an enemy kill. Has a cooldown of 60s.
Fountain of Revitalization
Fountain of Revitalization
Unlocked at lvl 390
Healing a party member under 30% of Health with an Active Skill creates a fountain of life within a 1m range that's applied to party members for 6s. Has a cooldown of 60s.
Deadly Viper
Deadly Viper
Unlocked at lvl 390
Staying in place for 4s activates the same effect as the Inject Venom skill for 9s. Has a cooldown of 60s.

Unlocked at lvl 520
Dexterity, Fortitude, Perception, Strength, and Wisdom increase by 1.
Dragon Ascent

Unlocked at lvl 520
When your Mana is 60% or higher, each attack with your Active Skill costs an additional 4% of your current Mana to deal 140% of Base Damage and deal 7% of your current Mana as additional damage. Only activated once per skill. Not Applied to: Mother Nature's Protest, Umbral Spirit, Thunder Spirit, and Ray of Disaster

Unlocked at lvl 650
On hit after using 10% of Max Mana, drops a flame that deals damage by 210% of Base Damage within a 1m radius around the target. Has a cooldown of 6s.
Indomitable Stance

Unlocked at lvl 650
Activated when Health remains at 90% or higher for 5s. On being hit, a shield with Health equal to 120 times your Fortitude for 3s. Has a cooldown of 60s.
Lightning Speed
Lightning Speed
Unlocked at lvl 780
Activated when you move for 10s. On hit, lightning that chains for 3s and deals 40% of your Base Damage. If the target is Wet or inflicted by your Frost effect, the lightning will be transferred to other enemies in a 5m radius, up to 2 additional times. Has a cooldown of 30s.
Time Bomb

Unlocked at lvl 780
Using attack skills stacks Time Bomb on you that lasts for 10s, up to 3 times. Using a Control Skill fires a time bomb at the target, dealing fixed damage that never fails to hit by 5% of Max Health per stack within a 3m radius around the target. Has a cooldown of 30s.
