  • Use Return to travel to Starlight Observatory Ruins, and then speak with Ilira the Contract Manager.
  • Get a Contract from Contract Manager Ilira
  • Speak with Ilira the Contract Manager of Starlight Observatory Ruins
  • Speak with Rubi the goblin
  • Activate the Waypoint of Urstella Fields
  • Open the Map and move using Waypoint at Golden Rye Pastures, and then travel to Crescent Moon Lake and operate Urstella Fields Waypoint
  • Speak with Ilira the Contract Manager of Starlight Observatory Ruins
