Page 1/1 This announcement is made by the Laslan Watch. The Laslan Watch is recruiting special operations forces to stop the rampages of the Fonos orcs. The mountains northwest of Laslan are the domain of the Fonos Clan, who raid the area around it constantly. Through diligent observation, the Laslan Watch has discovered that their fiercest raids coincide with the Festival of Fire. At the beginning of the Festival, the orc priests perform fire rituals to unleash the power of their people and boost their morale. The excited orcs then descend from the mountains with terrifying force, attacking humans and other orcs alike. The Laslan Watch responds to these incidents on a regular basis, taking heavy casualties each time. In an effort to minimize this damage, we are now recruiting troops to forcibly disperse the Festival of Fire before the orcs rage out of control. We will enter the Fonos clan's territory as soon as the festivities begin, with the intent of: 1. Killing the Chief Priest to stop the ritual. 2. Killing the rampaging Fire Orcs. 3. Dispersing the collected fire energy. In short, our plan is to stop the inciting fire rituals and quickly disperse the gathered magic. We believe this fire energy can be dispersed with a chilling spell prepared by the Laslan Watch. When the Festival begins, we plan to enchant the orcs' braziers throughout the basin with our own magic. Anyone willing to assist us is asked to help locate the enchanted braziers and toss the recovered fire energy into them.
