• Enter Underground Mine and open the Map Chest that contains the location of the hidden Obsidian
• Collect the Stolen Obsidian acquire Codex from the Map Chest
• Refer to the Stolen Obsidian Collection Codex and find the Obsidian's location
• Talk to Waturu at the Herba Command Post of Herba Village
