- Talk to Waturu at the Herba Command Post of Herba Village
- Defeat Dwarf Commander at Black Anvil Forge and obtain the key
- Enter Underground Mine and open the Map Chest that contains the location of the hidden Obsidian
- Collect the Stolen Obsidian acquire Codex from the Map Chest
- Refer to the Stolen Obsidian Collection Codex and find the Obsidian's location
- Talk to Waturu at the Herba Command Post of Herba Village
