In the Desert Caravan Event in Throne and Liberty you have to deliver Moonlight Scales to get Coins. The event takes place in the Moonlight Desert. The recommended level is 32-34.
Desert Caravan comes in three variants, Conflict, Peace and as Guild Event. They all have their own reward structures shown below.
