In the Requiem of Light Event in Throne and Liberty you have to use Light Fragments on the Soul Stone to bring peace to the souls of the dead. The event takes place in the Shattered Temple. The recommended level is 50.
Requiem of Light comes in three variants, Conflict, Peace and as Guild Event. They all have their own reward structures shown below.
