Welcome to our guide about Guilds in Throne & Liberty.

In this guide, we will explain what Guilds are, how they work, why they are worth joining, and how you can join or create a guild. We'll also explain some other aspects of how guilds operate and interact with each other in the world of Throne & Liberty.

For more guides about a variety of topics in TL, please check our Throne & Liberty Guides Database.

What Are Guilds in Throne & Liberty?

A guild is an in-game grouping of many players, typically sharing a common objective or interest. While you can play alone in Throne & Liberty without joining a guild, you'll unlock access to new aspects of the game by joining a guild, and it's also a great way to get help with tricky content in the game, socialize and make friends.

As they gain more members and complete various milestones, guilds can level up and gain access to new features. Guilds have the option of competing against other guilds in both PvE and PvP settings to earn rewards that benefit all members of the guild.

How to Join a Guild in Throne & Liberty

The only requirement for joining a guild in Throne & Liberty is to reach level 3. This can be done very quickly, within an hour of beginning your adventure.

To find a guild, open the Search for Guild menu (press F10 on your keyboard to open the main menu, from which most other menus can be accessed).

You can search for a guild by name, or apply other filters to your search, such as the language, guild level, number of members, or preferred age group.

Find a guild you want to join, then send a join request. The leaders of the guild will then review your request. If they accept it, you'll be added to the guild.

How to Create a Guild

As an alternative to joining a guild you may want to create your own. Any player of level 3 or higher can create a guild.

To do so, choose the Create Guild option in the Guild menu. You must then give your guild an emblem, colours, and a name.

Guild Info

Once you've created or joined a guild, the Guild screen will instead feature information about your guild. Take a look through it when you have time to get an idea of what information is here. Some examples are:

  • Basic Guild Info (Name, Emblem, number of members)
  • Guild Notice (a message to all members set by the leaders)
  • Guild Base
  • Guild Supplies and Resources
  • Allied and Hostile Guilds
  • Guild Members
  • Guild Skills
  • Guild Contracts

Guild Contracts in Throne & Liberty

One of the key ideas behind guilds in Throne & Liberty is that all members should work together to help the guild, and be rewarded for doing so.

One of the most important methods you can do this is to complete Guild Contracts. View the Guild Contract section of the Guild menu to see the currently active Guild Contracts. Completing a Guild Contract will unlock rewards that benefit all guild members.

Guild Conquests and Bosses

Two other ways your Guild can gain rewards are by participating in Guild Conquest Battles and Guild Bosses.

Occupy Boonstones and Riftstones to earn rewards for your Guild as well as a stat boost that applies to all members.

Defeating Guild Bosses drops special items for the players involved.

Guild Base

The Guild Base is a special location that all members of the Guild can access.

It acts as a gathering place, from which you can also access other beneifts, depending on the level of your guild. Some functions of the Guild Base are:

  • Meeting other guild members
  • Dueling
  • Join Guild Raids
  • Access unique Guild Merchants
