To craft Weapons in Throne & Liberty, you first need to head to a Weapon Crafting Vendor. You can find them in major settlements around the map. 

The earliest available can be found in Kastleton. 

Speak with the Weapon Crafting vendor to browse the weapons that they can create. 

They won't do all the work for you - you need to provide the required materials and a sum of Sollant (gold) to craft a weapon. Items that you lack the materials for are greyed out. 

You can mouse over the icon of each item to see the tooltip, which provides more information about the weapon, such as its damage range and any other stat modifiers it will apply when equipped. 

When you've decided which weapon you would like to craft, ensure you have the required materials and Sollant (shown on the right side of the crafting screen), and then click the Craft button. This will consume the listed items from your inventory and create the selected weapon.
