and we would like to inform you of an issue that is currently occurring in-game.


Known Issues

Purple Update
- After the update on Tuesday, 13 January, the game may become stuck in the [Diagnose Problem] state in some environments and cannot be updated.
> Please run a file scan from the 'File Scan and Game Settings' menu at the bottom of the [Troubleshooting] button before updating.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will do our best to get things back to normal as soon as possible.
