Throne and Liberty [Announcement] 'Breaking the Moonlight Spell' Community Contribution Deed errors and schedule changes

After the regular maintenance on Wednesday, 26 February, the regional event "Dispelling Moonlight Spells
Ranked Rewards from the "Unleashing the Moonlight Spell" Regional Event will be deducted by 2 Regional Contribution Certificates.
This will be fixed in the next maintenance on Wednesday, 5 March.
To fix the bug, the regional event that will be held on Wednesday, 5 March at 00:00 will be called
"Dispel Moonlight Spell" will be excluded, and "Light Wedding" or "Stop the Magic Runaway" will be held.
