Throne and Liberty [Announcement] Duplicate Growth Journal level achievement rewards and what to do about it

After our scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, we experienced an error in the revamped Growth Journal that caused some customers to receive multiple rewards.
We will be collectively reclaiming all rewards that were earned in duplicate due to this error.
During this process, items may have been transformed or moved elsewhere and may still be eligible for recall.
Please be aware that access may be temporarily restricted during this process.
If you intentionally use items that have been over-earned due to this issue after this announcement, you may be subject to sanctions in accordance with our rules.
We would like to thank our customers for reporting the error immediately, as it allowed us to quickly identify and resolve the issue.
We sincerely thank you for your active support despite the inconvenience.
