There is a phenomenon that the dye range of the 'Big Star Tree' weapon appearance, which went on sale after the regular maintenance on Wednesday, 9th July, was applied differently than intended.
The dye will be applied to all areas of the weapon after the next scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
We're sorry for any inconsistencies in the colour of the weapon,
We will be mailing dyeto customers who have had their weapons dyed to cover the cost of the colour change.

■ Mailing time: Wednesday, 23 July (after regular maintenance)
Eligibility: Customers who purchased the "Big Star Tree Weapon Appearance" and dyed their weapon between 9 July and 23 July before the maintenance.
Item: Number of dyes used to dye the Bighorn Tree weapon exterior.
Mail will be sent to the character who purchased the item.
The mail will be sent to the character who purchased the item, and will be deleted after 30 days.
