Throne and Liberty [Announcement] Reward Chests not being available in challenging dungeons and subsequent updates


hello. This is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the inability to obtain reward chests in challenging dungeons after the maintenance on Tuesday, 24 March.
The current issue is a result of the 24 March update previewing some of the changes to the reward structure associated with the new dungeons coming next week.

Previously, challenge tiers consumed most of your weekly rewards,
going forward, we're looking to spread out the paths of play, including the new dungeons, and reduce the burden of repetition.
However, in doing so, we unintentionally introduced a reward earning capthat should have been included in the next update,
Players will no longer receive the expected rewards for opening chests for this week's challenge.
Please note that cumulative and ranked rewards will still be available.

We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused to your play experience.
In light of the current situation,
  • Full server compensation for the issue this week
  • more information on the reward structure and use of in-game currency after the new dungeon update
after the new dungeon update, which we'll share in next week's update notes.

Please note that the daily recharge of 'Sign of the Covenant: Dimension Ⅱ' points can be spent in Heroic Tier Co-operative Dungeons.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you enjoy the game.
In the future, we'll be more careful to validate these changes to ensure they don't have unintended effects.
