Throne and Liberty [Announcement] Transformers of the Sun costume dye range error and follow-up response

As of 9 July (Wednesday), theWarrior of the Sunpackage has been available for sale since our regular maintenance.
The colour range of the headdress "Sun Protection" was applied differently than intended.
The affected areas are [Dyeing Area 2] and [Dyeing Area 3] of the headdress, and the dyeing range is as follows.

Hair Colour
The colour of [Dyed Area 2] will be applied to both the 'Headdress Jewels' and the 'Top of the Head Circle',
The colour from [Dyed Area 3] will only be applied to the 'Hair Colour'.
This will be fixed during the next scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
In order to rectify the situation where we were unable to provide you with the correct product colour, we will be mailing the cost of the colour change to customers who had their hair dyed in the affected area.

■ Mailing time: Wednesday, 23 July (after regular maintenance)
Eligibility: Customers who purchased the Sun Warrior Package and dyed [Dyed Area 2] or [Dyed Area 3] of the headdress between 9 July and 23 July prior to maintenance.
Items: Number of hair dye consumed for [Dye Area 2] and [Dye Area 3] of the headdress.
Mail will be sent to the character who purchased the item.
Mail will be sent to the character who purchased the item, and will be deleted after 30 days.
