We sincerely apologise for the server outage that occurred on the Luna, Aaron, and Vercant servers at around 22:00 on Wednesday, 3 April.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to inform you of the compensation for this issue.

- Redemption period: Thursday, 4 April 00:00 - Thursday, 4 April 23:59 (24 hours)

- All customers who experienced inconvenience due to server downtime will receive compensation via mail.

[Arkvos Tournament Re-Summon Announcement]
