Schedule and Audience
- Schedule: Wednesday, 24 July 2024, after regular maintenance until further notice
- Characters belonging to new/returning accounts
- New/Returning Account Benefit Period: 14 days (336 hours) from the date of connection
New: Accounts with no game access history
Returned: Accounts that have been inactive for 15 days or more since the last time they accessed the game.

- The Rathlan Support Pass has Pass Levels, which can be increased up to a maximum of Level 20.
- The Rathlan Support Pass is worth 100 Growth Experience points per level, and you earn rewards at each level.
- To advance the Rathlan Support Pass, you'll need to complete tasks at all times.

New and returning Rathlan Support Passes will be activated on different accounts, with the same rewards.
Premium Pass benefits will be activated as soon as you receive your Rathlan support/resupply.
Please note
- Rathlan Supports/Supplies can only be purchased once for each character and cannot be duplicated, even if the account is reinstated after purchase.
- The Rathlan Support buff will only last for 14 days while the account is in New/Returned status, after which the same buff will be applied to the account if it becomes a Returned account.
- The attendance book will only last for the first 14 days of your new/returning account status, after which it will not be available to you, even if you become a returning account.
- For the Rathlan New/Returning Support Pass, it starts on the day the New/Returning benefits are granted and ends when all rewards are claimed.
- If you've already completed the Rathlan Return Support Pass, you can't do it again, even if you later become a Returning Account.
- If you sign in as a new account and have not completed the Raslan New Support Pass and subsequently sign in as a returning account, the Raslan New Support Pass will be activated.
(The Returning Support Pass will be activated upon completion of the Rathlan New Support Pass).
- All items offered in the event are non-tradable.
- The event schedule and some of the rewards may be subject to change due to internal circumstances.
