After the regular maintenance on Wednesday, 21 August, the Premium Pass section of the existing Growth Journal for Levels 1-50 has been reorganised.
At this time, the purchase history was reset, causing players to be able to purchase additional passes even if they were already purchased.
The error was fixed on Wednesday, 21 August at 11:23am, and duplicate purchases will no longer be possible after that time.
Due to this error, the existing Growth Journal paid passes, the Growth Pass (Levels 1-50): Premium Growth Journal Pass (KRW29,900/TWD 750/USD 23.90) and spent 500 Lucents to purchase the new Premium Growth Pass (Levels 1-50), we would like to refund the spent Lucents via mail.
*Normal settings should allow you to receive the rewards of the revamped Premium Pass without making any additional purchases.

Premium Rewards and Loyalty Rewards from the revamped Growth Journal will continue to be available as normal when purchasing the Pass.
As announced in the [Notice] About the reorganisation of the Growth Journal and Premium Loyalty Products, characters who purchased the old Growth Journal Paid Pass before the reorganisation and have not yet received their rewards will receive them via mail.
Please note that this issue does not affect the level 51 to 55 progression journals.
