With the introduction of new, more secure payment passwords.
customers with existing payment passwords will be required to re-register.
Customers with payment passwords created before 20 September 2023 will be able to purchase goods using other security authentication methods such as
Purchase goods through other secure authentication methods, such as NC Authenticator, or
or by re-registering for a new payment password.

Other authentication methods will be required when purchasing goods with coins
Customers with Google OTP and NC authenticators will not be affected.
[How to reset payment password]
Registration path: Wallet > Wallet settings > Set payment password[Go to].
Registration method: After verifying your real name, you can register your payment password.
If you are unable to re-register your payment password or do not have a secure authentication method (Google OTP or NC Authenticator)
