Impact: The game will be unavailable
What will be fixed:
- Two-handed Sword > Valiant Strike Mastery 4 [Shield Weakening] → Incoming Shield Health Reduction debuff application chance increased to 80%.
- Crossbow > Exposing Weaknesses Mastery 3 [Weaken Shield] → 80% chance to apply incoming Shield Health Reduction debuffs
- Longbow > [Purifying Touch], Breakthrough Mastery No. 1 [Breakthrough Limit] → Incoming Shield Health Reduction and Shield Health Reduction debuffs no longer cleansed
- Spear > Shatter Mastery 4 [Shield Health Received] → Incoming Shield Health Reduction debuff now has 80% chance to apply
> The in-game tooltips for the above fixes will be fixed in the next maintenance.
