This service change is for Adventurers in Russia and the CIS who are playing in Region 1.
Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY Team.
We regret to inform you that access to the game from Russia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) region will be restricted starting May 4, 2026 14:00 (UTC+9).

Services in these regions will transition to a new local publisher.
As a result, characters will no longer be accessible from the effective date noted above.
Please rest assured that refunds will be provided for purchases made within approximately three months prior to the date of this notice.

※ Please note that access to the game will no longer be available from the date and time above.
※ Accounts accessed via the PURPLE platform WILL NOT be transferred to the new service.

[In-Game Purchase Cancellation (Refund) Details]
▶ Refund Eligibility and Criteria
- All in-game purchases made between January 1, 2026 (Thursday), 00:00 and April 6, 2026 (Monday), 14:00 (UTC+9) are eligible for refund.
Refunds will be issued for all in-game purchases made during the period above, regardless of usage.
This applies only to accounts with a registered country or region of Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Armenia.
Accounts registered in other countries or regions are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed in the order received; processing times may vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
In-game purchases in the affected regions will no longer be available after April 6, 2026 (Monday), at 14:00 (UTC+9).

Processing times for purchase cancellations (refunds) may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country or region.
Additional documentation may be required to complete the refund process.
Purchases that have already been cancelled are not eligible for further refunds.

After the access restriction takes effect, a separate localised service will be provided by Limited Liability Company ASTRUM OYUN ("ASTRUM").
For gameplay and customer support inquiries, please contact the ASTRUM Customer Support Center via their official website.

Although the service provider will be changing, we remain committed to providing a stable and enjoyable gameplay experience going forward.

We would like to inform you that as of Monday, 4 May at 14:00 (UTC+9), we will be restricting access from Russia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.
This is due to the fact that the service in these countries will be operated by a new local publisher.
Characters you have played will not be available at the time of this announcement.
We will be cancelling payments for purchases made for approximately 3 months from the time of this announcement.

▶ Payment cancellation eligibility and criteria
- All paid products purchased from 1 January 2026 (Thu) 00:00 to 6 April 2026 (Mon) 14:00 (UTC+9)
All in-app purchases made during the above period will be cancelled in bulk, regardless of whether they were used or not.
This applies only if the account you purchased is in one of the following countries: [Russia/Moldova/Valarus/Kazakhstan/Azerbaijan/Armenia],
Please note that payment cancellation will not be processed if your country is not eligible.
Please note that cancellations will be processed sequentially and may take some time.
Payment for paid products in these countries will be terminated after 14:00 (UTC+9) on Monday, 6 April 2026.
