This change to the Terms of Use applies to global accounts playing in Region 1.

We, NCSOFT Corporation, 12, Daewangpangyo-ro 644, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea ("NCSOFT", "we", "us", or "our")
are reaching out to you today to let you know about an upcoming change to our End User Licence Agreement ("Terms"),
last updated on March 12, 2024. The new Terms will come into effect on October 22, 2025.

We kindly ask you review and accept the updated Terms.
We have primarily made changes to the dispute resolution provisions in the Preface and
Section 11 of our Terms: "Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Notice" and "Dispute Resolution & Agreement to Arbitrate."
Specifically, we have added language regarding the class action waiver and changed the arbitration provider from AAA to NAM to improve cost efficiency for both parties.

Your continued use of our service 30 days following this notice, or any other form of acceptance permitted under applicable law,
shall constitute your acceptance of and consent to the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may terminate your agreement with us by deactivating your account.
