Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise to all participants who experienced inconvenience during the Solsium Champions match, where some characters became stuck in the map terrain and had difficulty controlling the game.
This occurred in some matches yesterday, and while it didn't make the matches unplayable, it did make them unplayable,
we recognise that some players may not have been able to perform to their full potential, and we take this seriously,
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As a result, if you experience the same issue during the semi-finals and final matches starting today,
moderators will be immediately available to assist with limited rescue measures.
This decision is in response to your valuable feedback and is designed to provide a more stable match experience.
We will continue to review our operational standards to ensure that similar situations are not repeated in the future, and we will continue to look for systemic improvements.
