Throne and Liberty [Notice] Nebula Island Boss Drop Trinkets Not Tradable Error and Exchange Instructions


Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
Since the last maintenance on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, some of the drop trinkets from the Nebula Island bosses have been dropping as
Some quantities of items that should be dropping as 'Tradeable' are dropping as 'Untradeable'.
This will be fixed during the next maintenance on Wednesday, 8 January 2025,
In the meantime, we'll be exchanging the untradable items for normal, untradable items only if you meet the following criteria

■ Eligible period: Acquired after 13 November 2024 (Wednesday) and before 8 January 2025 (Wednesday) maintenance
Eligible Characters: After defeating Nebula bosses [Grimturk] and [Exavis] during the target period
Characters who have acquired and retained dropped trinket items as "untradeable

- If the nature and form of the item has not changed (equipment enhancement, etc.)

Please note: Even if you submit an inquiry before the deadline, the exchange will be processed after the 8th of January (Wednesday) maintenance.

If the nature or form of the item has changed, it will be exchanged for the original item or used consumables.
If you do not have the item in your possession, it cannot be exchanged.
Notes
- It may take 1-3 days to exchange items, and access may be interrupted or restricted for a period of time during the process.
Please note that if you request a replacement for an item that has changed in nature or form, there may be a time gap between the time you receive the item and the time it is reissued, as we will check your game history after receiving the item.
- Item replacements will be processed sequentially.
- Items acquired through other means than boss drop rewards are not eligible for exchange.
- Items acquired after the scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 8 January 2025, when this error will be fixed, will not be eligible for exchange.
- If you do not have the item in your possession, it cannot be exchanged.
