Throne and Liberty [Notice] Notice regarding the inability to reset and register certain rubbing collections


Hello. This is THRONE AND LIBERTY.

We have identified an issue whereby the registration status of certain rubbing collections that still have time remaining on their expiry dates has been reset, preventing players from registering items.

These Rubbing Collections are scheduled to be restored to their previous registration status during the routine maintenance on Tuesday, 28 July.
We wouldalsolike to inform you that, to ensure you can claim compensation for Rubbing Albums that could not be registered due to a system error, the expiry date for these Rubbing Albumshas been extended to 10:00 on Tuesday, 4 August.

We will do our utmost to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
