Throne and Liberty [Notice] Restoring Chaos Runes consumed due to misunderstanding after the publication of the update note on Wednesday, 2 April

The Rune Book system was introduced with the update on Wednesday, April 2, and the Chaos Runes that were in your possession at the time of themaintenance will be deleted and stored in the Rune Book.
The notes for the Wednesday, April 2 updatedid not detail the criteria for Chaos Runes to be saved to the Rune Book.
Some players may have mistakenly assumed that all Chaos Runes with a history of acquisition would be synced to their Rune Book and performed a 'Dissolve/Materialise' on their Chaos Runes before the maintenance.
We apologise for the confusion caused by the lack of detail in the instructions, and will provide assistance with recovering any Chaos Runes consumed between now and the next maintenance on Wednesday, 2 April.

Deadline to submit inquiries: From the posting of this notice on Thursday, 17 April 2025 to 23:59 on Saturday, 17 May 2025
If you submit an inquiry after the deadline, the recovery process may be delayed, so we recommend submitting your inquiry within the deadline.
The recovered items will be immediately applied to the Rune Book of the character who consumed the Chaos Rune during the target period.
The stats of the recovered Chaos Runes will be restored to the same level as the options of the consumed item.
Exchange may be delayed if the form is different.

Notes
- The restoration of items will be carried out sequentially, and access may be temporarily interrupted during the process.
Please note that items acquired by consuming Chaos Runes through "Dissolve/Material Transformation" will be checked against your game history before being recovered, so there may be a time difference between recovery and recovery.
- Chaos Runes consumed by "Dissolve/Transmute" outside of the target period are not eligible for recovery.
- Chaos Runes consumed by destruction (item deletion) are not eligible for recovery even if the eligibility period is met.
