Following our announcement on Thursday, 8 October 2026 regarding the temporary suspension of the in-game shop and the sale of certain paid items, we would like to inform you of the schedule for the phased resumption of these items and services following the service merger.
To ensure a stable service environment, these items and services will be reopened in stages as detailed below. Please check the revised schedule to avoid any disruption to your service.

■ Schedule for the Phased Resumption of Exchange Services and Paid Products
1. 11 November 2026 (Wednesday) (KST) – Upon completion of the service integration maintenance
  • Official launch of the integrated service

2. Wednesday, 18 November 2026 (KST)
  • Full opening of the Special Shop: Lucent items, cash payment items, and the Platform Store (PS5, Xbox, etc.) will all be available​

※ Notice regarding the resumption of the Exchange and paid currency (Lucent) items
  • For the Exchange and items purchasable with Lucent or Miles, these may open earlier than 18 November 2026 (Wed), depending on the stabilisation of servers and data following the service integration.

Please note that the phased resumption schedule outlined above is subject to change depending on preparation processes or maintenance status; should any changes occur, we will keep you informed via announcements.

  • Full Opening of the Special Shop: Lucent products, cash-purchased paid products and platform stores (including PS5 and Xbox) will become fully available.

※ Information Regarding the Resumption of the Auction House and Items Purchasable with Paid Currency (Lucent)

The Auction House and items purchasable with Lucent/Mileage may become available earlier than Wednesday, 18 November 2026 (KST), depending on server and data stability following the service integration.
