During the temporary maintenance on Wednesday, 4 December at 18:30, an error occurred that changed the matching of Nebula Island from the existing settings.

- Who: Customers whose 'Server Transfer Rights' were unnecessarily consumed due to the Nebula Island matching change from 11:30 on 4 December to 18:30 on 4 December
- How to do this: Go to Customer Support > Contact Us > Recovery Inquiry and submit a request for 'Server Transfer Rights Recovery' in the Recovery Inquiry category.
- Deadline to submit inquiries: 24 December (Tue) 12:00 pm
