We are transitioning the global service, which we have been operating in partnership with Amazon Game Studios, to NC’s own service.

The existing gameplay environment and assets of PURPLE service users will remain unchanged, and you will be able to play alongside Steam, PlayStation and Xbox users in a single, unified environment.
We aim to complete the transition by the end of the year, and through this service integration, we will provide you with a more stable and enhanced service.

  • Target Audience: This notice is intended for users accessing the service via PURPLE.
  • Retention of Existing Environment: The existing gameplay environment and assets of PURPLE service users will remain unchanged.

  • Preservation of Game Data and Assets
    All assets, including character information, game progress, inventory items and Lucent holdings, will be safely preserved.
  • Maintenance of Existing Login Environment (for PURPLE service users)
    You can continue to use your existing account as normal, without the need to re-agree to the terms and conditions or complete any additional procedures.

Existing PURPLE service users will experience no changes to their current gameplay environment or assets, and will now be able to play together in a single, unified environment alongside players on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox.
The transition is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. Through this integration, we will provide a more stable and enhanced gaming experience.

  • Maintenance of the Existing Environment: All current gameplay environments and account assets for PURPLE users will remain fully preserved without any changes.
