Throne and Liberty [Notice] Thursday, 16 May Update Notes


Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We are pleased to announce that we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday, 16 May 2024.
Please see below for details.


What's in the update

Rules for PvP content have changed.
- Changed matchmaking rules for Guild Capture the Flag.
- Guild events have been changed to occur every 3 hours (every region event cycle).
Capture the Flag (Origin Stones/Dimension Stones)
- Once a Birthstone/Dimensionstone is declared, it will no longer be possible to relinquish possession of the Birthstone/Dimensionstone until the end of the War of Control.
- All Guild Capture Wars will now be a "1:1 match".
The following changes have been made to ensure that even if the owning guild is ranked higher than the declaring guild, they will be matched 1:1.
- If there are no other declaring guilds at the time of the match announcement, the stones will be immediately awarded to the existing owning guild.
Regional Events
- [Guild]: The Regional Event [Guild], which used to occur once every 6 hours, has been changed to occur every 3 hours (every cycle).


New features have been added to the Customisation and Mirror Boutique.
- The 'Neck Length' of your character has been changed to allow you to adjust it.
- Added 'Advanced Colours' to the Mirror Boutique, which allows you to select any colour from the colour wheel.

Customisation & Appearance Changes
- Added an option to change the character's 'neck length'.

Costumes
- New: Added the 'Advanced Colour' feature that allows you to specify a colour other than the preset colours.
Note: You will need to pay for 'Advanced Colour' each time you make a change.

- [Pattern] You can change the colour of the pattern with 'Advanced Colour'. In addition, you can rotate the pattern and change its transparency.
: 'Advanced Colour' now requires a cost each time it is applied.


Added 60 new tabletop books that can be used to obtain Talent Keystones.
- You can obtain Talent Open Stones and Equipment Growth Materials from these new Tables.

- Please check the in-game menu after the update for the items that need to be registered in the Tome.
Note: Extracts of the same equipment cannot be used.

Fixes

Fixed combat errors
- Staff
: Fixed a bug where the staff mastery effect [Brutal Destruction ] would not apply.
: [Mystic Shield] now displays a mana recovery plotter on successful defences.
- Wands
: Fixed an issue with [Curse Blast]not applying to nearby targets when the target is killed with Heroic rank.
: Fixed [Nightmare Mire] no longer being able to defend against sleep after being hit by the movement speed reduction.
- Longbow
: Fixed an issue where blocking [Frenzied Arrow]with a defensive skill would reduce its cooldown.
: Fixed an issue where some [Nature's Favour] visuals would be missing or incorrectly displayed.
- Equipment
: Fixed an issue where the tooltip for the growth effect of the [Chain Hook ] skill would display incorrectly when equipped with [Ascetic Knight's Annihilation].
: Fixed an issue where [ Chain of Annihilation] from [Ascetic Knight'sAnnihilation Blade] would not trigger [ ScorchingWhirlwind] from [ Infernal Gatekeeper's Galeblade] after triggering [Annihilation Chain].
: Fixed Rampaging Spikes not applying to Merciless Rampage when equipped with [Crossbow of the Unstoppable].
: Fixed [Mark of Death] only applying its cooldown when it hits at maximum range while equipped with [Silent Stalker].
Fixed content errors
- Adventure Supporter Solia
Fixed an issue that prevented players from interacting with Adventure Supporter Solia when summoning her at the beginning of Paola's Nexus [Butcher's Canyon] and [Slaughterhouse Canyon].
- Co-op Dungeons > Screaming Torture Chamber
Fixed an issue where Shrieking Shadow would sometimes not work correctly after being hit by Shadow Torturer three times during a battle with Caligras.
Fixed an issue where Shrieking Shadow could sometimes fail to appear during battles with Caligras.

Promotions

[Promo] 'Violetta'
- The new outfit Violetta and weapon cosmetic Frehendo are now available for sale.


Known Issues

Exchange
- When settling an exchange, the settlement amount is not displayed correctly when the same item as the sold item is registered in the exchange.
The settlement amount is displayed as 'Settlement amount * number of identical items registered', and there is no problem with the actual settlement.

Character Business Cards
- When viewing a character's business card on another server, the character level and guild name may be displayed incorrectly.
Chat
- [Wh ispering] When whispering with other users, it is no longer possible to change the whisper destination with /whisper (space).
You can change the whisper target by entering the whisper target directly, or try after another chat.
Regional Events
- When participating in [Faction Battles] and changing equipment or costumes, your team's appearance may disappear.
- While participating in [Faction Batt les], you may not be able to change your weapon set to another weapon in your inventory.
Party Dungeons
- When returning from a party dungeon with another server character, a red dot is displayed at the gateway to infinity.

Daggers
- When using [Frenzied Sword Dance], a miss floater would appear when the secondary weapon was not activated.
UI
- The "Jungle Friend Talem" and "Traveller's Essentials Chest" sold by Violetta's Token Exchanger will now display "Express Resistance Medal Exchanger" in the Loot > Merchant section.
