Throne and Liberty [Notice] Tuesday, 27 January Update Notes

Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We will be performing a routine maintenance on Tuesday, 27 January 2026 to inform you of the updates that will be applied.
For more information, please see below.

Updates include

Added the interactive dungeon Tower of Greed.
- Towers of Greed is a free-to-play content where a minimum of one and a maximum of six players can form a party to tackle a different dungeon on each floor.
- Taking down the Tower of Greed will give you an exclusive Artifact Crafting resource.
Related codexes
- Adventure Codex Interlude Chapter 2. Ritual of the Oath
> Prerequisites: Chapter 1 of the Adventure Codex Ganmak. Completed Knights of the Swan
- Abduction Tower of Greed
> Prerequisites: Chapter 2 of the Adventure Codex Interlude. Completed the Ritual of the Oath.
Admissions
- The Tower of Greed can be entered at any time as an individual or party with no time limit.
> You can enter in parties of 1 to 6 people.
- Party matching is supported, where three players enter as a party.
> Parties of 3 or more will be admitted via general admission, not party matching.
Admission conditions
- Advance Codex: Complete 'Abduction Tower of Greed'
- Minimum matching requirement: 5500+ Combat Power
> Direct entry, not matching, is free with no combat power limit.
Configuration of the tower
- The Tower of Greed consists of the following sections and levels
Zones
Floor
Dawn of the Tower
Floors 1 to 5
Dawn of the Tower
Floors 1 to 10
Dusk in the Tower
Floors 1 to 15
Dusk in the Tower
Floors 1 to 10
Abyss of the Tower
Floors 1 to 10
- One level of the tower consists of a 'perimeter' and a 'tower', with players forming a party at the 'perimeter' and entering the 'tower' through a glowing gap in the 'perimeter'.
- To succeed at each level, you must be able to afford the greed required by that level, which is captured in the Greed Orb.
- If you do not have the amount of Greed required by the floor you are trying to capture in the Orb of Greed, you will fail to enter.
Orb of Greed

- The 'Orb of Greed' is where greed builds up from the rewards earned in the Tower of Greed.
- Greed increases for each floor you successfully navigate and break through, as well as for optional 'Greed Rewards' you can earn.

-Breakthrough Rewards
> Breakthrough rewards are rewards that are automatically earned when you successfully complete each floor.
> When you break through a floor, you'll accumulate Greed in your Orb of Greed and earn a breakthrough reward.
- Greed Rewards
> Greed rewards are optional rewards that players can earn for successfully completing each floor.
> After successfully defeating each floor, earning Greed rewards will add additional Greed to your Orb of Greed.

- Players can control the amount of greed they accumulate by 'imprinting' or 'purifying' the Orb of Greed.
Orb of Greed > Imprint
- Players can grow the Orb of Greed by 'imprinting' it, increasing its depth.
- Imprinting consumes the specified materials and goods, and has a maximum.
> One of the ingredients, the Jar of Greed, can be obtained by breaking through the floors of the Tower of Greed.

Orb of Greed > Purification
- Players can 'purify' the Orb of Greed, relieving it of the greed that has built up in it.
- When performing a 'cleanse', the player can reset their progress to the selected zone, which will reset their progress to the first floor of that zone.
- You can only purify once per day, and the number of available purifications resets at 6am each day.
> This will not reset the Breakthrough and Greed rewards you have already earned.
Season
- Towers of Greed is seasonal content, and rewards already earned during the season cannot be repeated.
- When a Season ends, all Zones and Floors the player has reached, as well as any Orbs of Greed they've engraved, and whether or not they've earned rewards, are reset.
> Any rewards you've earned that aren't time-limited will not disappear.
Rewards
- As you explore the Tower of Greed, which has 50 floors in total, you can earn a variety of rewards, including
Reward name

- You can now send three expeditions at the same time.
- Errand types have been added to Expedition regions, changing the rewards earned in each region.
- Boss Spawn Points, which are awarded for completing expeditions, can be used to activate the new Boss Defeat Zone.
Amitoi Away Revamp
- Increased the number of simultaneous Amitoi expeditions from 1 to 3.
> You can send to a maximum of 1 region per territory. You can't send more than 2 regions to a province.
- Added errand types to regions.
> The icon at the top of the region name lets you know which errands you can run in the region.
> Depending on the type of errand, there may be resource items that are required when sending an expedition.
> However, you can still send an expedition without resources if you need them.

- Changed to have a default duration rather than selecting a time per region.
> When sending an amitoid that matches a geo attribute, it can take less time.

- Amitoi who have been on expeditions are subject to fatigue.
> You can see how much fatigue is applied when you select a region.
> You can send a retry after the fatigue cooldown has ended.
> Reduces the cooldown applied after the end of an expedition when sending an amitoid that matches the region attribute.
> Fatigue is an individual ammo application, and only ammo that fits the attribute is applied with reduced fatigue cooldowns.

-Added Boss Takedown zones.
> Random boss encounter points are awarded for completing expeditions in all regions.
> If you have maxed out your boss encounter points, the boss encounter area will be activated.
> Boss slaying areas have a duration, which changes to inactive at the end of the duration.

- Weekly Missions: Removed the remaining time gauge, marked them as complete, and made mission descriptions more intuitive.

- Kill logs: Removed the deprecated 'death' filter.
- Transform UI: Unified the presentation conventions for transformation effect text to make it more readable.
