Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We are pleased to announce that we will be performing a routine maintenance update on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.
Please see below for details.


What's in the update

Weapon-specific combat balance adjustments.
- Fixed effects and errors with some skills and equipment.
[Dev Comment]
In this balance patch, we're adjusting the overly high DPS of the Orb+Crossbow combo.
Currently, this combo is able to detonate the accumulated damage from the crossbow's Mark of the Detonator in a single burst,
This was causing some monsters to skip through their combat patterns.
For the development team, the combat content didn't flow as intended,
and neutralised the challenge that players were supposed to experience.
So we decided to limit the mechanics of Mark of the Detonator to allow for a more stable and gradual delivery of DPS, rather than a single burst of DPS
to a more stable and gradual dealing structure.
This isn't a "nerf," but rather a measure to protect the fairness and immersion of our combat content.
This adjustment also means that wands and staves, which have traditionally been used in conjunction with crossbows, may see less PVE usage.

As a result, we're buffing some of the PVE abilities of wands and staves,
so that different weapon combinations can still be competitive and play to their strengths.
In summary, this patch is about tweaking certain combinations so that they don't dominate every situation, while also
while expanding the options for other combinations.
Dagger
- Fixed an occasional issue where using [Cloak of Stealth] and then using your basic attack again would cause you to lose stealth.
- Fixed Specialisation [Massacre] not applying its effect when you have a Skill stat of 89.
- Fixed an issue where the Phantom Smoke [Rear Assault] specialisation effect was not affected by the buff duration.
Crossbow
- Changed the debuff duration increase from [Infiltration of the Unaware] to only apply up to 100 times.
Longbow
- Fixed an issue where the direction/position guide would sometimes not display when using [Flashing Light] and [Conversion Bombardment].
Staff
- Firebolt]
> Monster damage increased from 60% to 80%.
- [Convergence Fireball]
> Monster damage increased from 120% to 160%.
- Fireball]
> Monster damage increased from 60% to 90%.
Wands
- [Touch of Despair], [Corruption Circle], and [Tevent's Spike] monster damage increased by 100%.
Magic Sphere
- Starlight Surge Mastery 1 [Damage Amplification]
> Fixed an incorrect 3-second attack duration for continuous attacks.
> Adjusted damage amplification per stack.

- Only the 'Attack' and 'Control' skills now have faster skill cooldowns during the [Nexus Leap] effect.
- Fixed an intermittent issue where using Basic Attack again immediately after using [Nexus Leap] would cause Stealth to be dispelled.
- Fixed an intermittent issue where using [Lingering Explosion] while disabling Magic Sphere would cause weapon switching to occur incorrectly.

Equipment
- Silverwhite Reaper's Judgement Blade's [Silverwhite Reaper's Calling] effect will no longer silence ranged and melee skills.
- Ancient Demon's Ivory Blade, Heart of Desire: Fixed [Step of the Ancient One] not triggering in certain situations while equipped with Solarstone gear.
> Skills will no longer be used when the 'Defence Skill' and 'Dispel Status Effect' hotkeys are duplicated
- Increased the duration of the [Silver Grim Reaper's Verdict] effect of the Silver Grim Reaper's Code from 2 seconds to 3 seconds, and the duration will no longer be affected by stats.
- Grand Elon's Fallen Palace's [Grand Elon's Rejuvenation] effect has been fixed to apply to the party.
- Blood Templar's 4-set effect has been modified to show the number of stacks when stacking.
- Morcus's Corruption Blade's [Morcus's Thunderbolt] effect has been modified to work based on the base damage at the time of attack.
Play experience adjustments to some content.
- Adjusted and fixed some additional effects in Challenge Towers.
- Adjusted the play experience of some housing-related content.
Challenge Tower
- The secondary effects [Shroud of Erosion] and [Inferno] will now be used on random targets instead of the target with the highest animosity.
- Changed the secondary effect [Spiked Armour] to have a short cooldown before the actual effect triggers, and to only trigger the damage reflection effect a maximum of 10 times per second.
- Fixed an issue where the Infernal Fire modifier would not output when the display was on a low graphics quality setting.
New: Added Common Class Crafting Recipes
- The following 10 x 10 chests have been added: 'Wood', 'Paper', 'Iron Ingot', 'Stone', 'Glass', 'Clay', 'Cloth', and 'Tanned Leather'.
- Crafting from these recipes will only give 50% of the experience gained.
- There is a 0% chance of a Jackpot when crafting with these recipes.
Sheep Gathering success rate increased
- Sheep herding success rate has been increased from 70% to 80%.
- Sheep gathering time has been changed from 5 seconds to 4 seconds.
Housing list display order changed
- The order in which your home list is displayed has changed when managing your home, moving households between homes, moving, etc.
> The flagship home is now displayed first, and other homes are displayed in order of most recent purchase.
Moving pop-up added
- When you press the 'Move' button, an additional pop-up will appear to guide you through the homes that disappear from your list.

Added Main Menu - Go to My Homes button (when using a gamepad)
- If you're using a gamepad, you'll see a 'Go to My Homes' button in the main menu.
Added Colony Gathering Level Guide
- Displays the minimum level that can be harvested from a Colony.
Changed Fish Book rewards
- The Habitat achievement reward in the Fish Book has changed from a Rare Ingredient drop box to a Rare Cooking Ingredient drop box.
Crafting
- The Sash of Hypocrisy and Contempt can now be crafted from Tablet Paper.
The in-store merchandise for the Blessing of Solissium Plus has been revamped.
- New items have been added in place of the previous 'Hearty Food Selection Box' and 'Sign of the Covenant: Dimension I Points'.

Fixes

System error fixes
- Fixed an issue where mouse clicks could intermittently prevent progression during certain guides.
- Fixed an issue where the colour of the fur on the Elite Resistance Saint Hyun's Robe could change.
- Fixed an issue with the appearance of the Fairy King's Banquet costume on female characters.
> Fixed an issue where unintended parts of the arm would remain on the arm when hiding decorations.
> Fixed intermittent texture degradation.
- Fixed an issue where the penalty for not contributing to a team after joining a battleground would display uncommon text.
- Fixed an issue where interacting with a Solia summoned by Solisium's Blessing during battle could instantly dismiss the battle state.
- Fixed an issue that could cause an incorrect notification to be displayed when using hotkeys to contract up to the maximum number of favours available while Blessed by Solisium.
- Fixed an issue where achievement chat links would not properly reflect tiers.
- Fixed a bug where the system message for the final step of a stacked achievement would be printed twice.
- Fixed the ↑ key always bringing up the immediately preceding chat, even after sending a chat.
Exploration Codex
- Fixed an issue where the corresponding Exploration Codex would not complete after defeating a Berserk Boss in a region or Guild Raid.
Requests
- Fixed an issue where the message displayed would incorrectly display the preceding codex when 'Request' was not yet available.
Battlegrounds
-Fixed Battle Commander and Healing Master transformations now instantly restore additional health.
-Fixed an issue where PvP could continue after progression ends.
-Added a message to notify you of the outcome of a win, loss, or draw after the match ends.
-Added the ability to invoke the status panel view with the 'Caps Lock' key.
> If you already use the 'Caps Lock' key as another hotkey, you can assign it to a different key via preferences.
-New: Added the ability to flash icons on the minimap and status panel when a capture attempt is made.
Fixed content errors
- Fixed some berserk bosses appearing to have two icons.
- Fixed [Achievement] [Cernobog Hunter] updating when other Field Bosses were defeated.
Abduction Codex
- Fixed an issue with the opening text of "Two Wings of Silaves (Afterword)" being incorrect.
- Fixed typos and unnatural wording in the code and mission entry for 'Invitation to the Corridors of Illusion'.
- Fixed typos and unnatural wording in code and mission descriptions for 'Lawless Nebula Island'.
- Fixed an issue where the kill count for the Demon Kills item would not appear to be applied during missions in Lawless Nebula Island.
Housing
- Fixed an issue where in-game furniture would be selected when going from Placement Mode to Warehouse Management.
- Fixed some ceilings in Catcher's 2-1 location being pierced.
- Fixed furniture being placed in some windows of the 'Castler House'.
- Fixed the message icon being displayed as a guild when earning 'Achievement Rewards'.
- Fixed the house image being squeezed on the 'Buy' and 'Move' screens of a new home.
- Fixed a bug where the wallpaper and flooring of another character's house with the same number as yours would be reflected in your house when you go directly to your own house.
- Fixed selecting 'More Details' in the Level Progression Guide tutorial taking you to 'Housing'.
- Fixed 'Square Greek Key' and 'Rectangular Greek Key' being reversed on furniture.

Known Issues

Unique Gear Blessing Point Requirement Error
- We've fixed the Blessing Points used when attempting to use Heroic Tier 3 equipment as a material for Unique Gear.
> Blessing Points previously spent in excess have been restored during maintenance.
