Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We are pleased to announce that we will be performing routine maintenance on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.
Please see below for details.


Updates include

Changed siege distribution rules and how guild requests are displayed.
- Changes to the rules for joining Sieges.
- Changed the way Guild Requests are displayed.
Siege
- Participation rules for siege distribution have changed.
Existing
Characters who are in a siege, have a kill/assist record, or have been in a Plunder Zone/Resurrection Zone/Throne Claim

Characters who are in a siege and have participated in a siege
* Participation: A character is counted as participating when they are in a siege and in a zone.
Guild Requests
- In [Guilds > Guild Requests], the completion history has been changed to display only the completion date of each Guild Request.
Added the 'Blessing of Solisium' benefit.
- Added the ability to summon a 'Request Manager'.
Blessing of the Solisium perk added
- The [Summon Request Manager] feature has been added as a benefit of the Blessing of Solisium.

- You can now summon Solia, the Requisition Manager, who will provide Resistance Requisitions for the Hunting Grounds where your character is currently located.
- You cannot summon Solia, the Requisition Manager, in areas that do not offer Requisitions.
Areas that do not offer Resistance Referrals are: Golden Rye Farm, Windswept Coast, Giant's Ruins, and Stoneguard Castle.
: Areas with only Scrolls of Requests include the Dark Ossuary and the Sanctum of Desire.
: Specific content progression areas include the Dimensional Realm, Tidal Tower, Gateway to Infinity, Dimensional Realm, and Peace Boss event areas.
- You will not be able to summon a Request Manager if you have not completed certain Codexes or if your character does not meet the requirements.
: [Act 3. Old Soldiers Don't Die - The Resistance] You cannot summon a Request Manager if you haven't completed the Adventure Codex.
: You can no longer summon a Quest Manager if the recommended level for each Hunting Ground is not met.


UI design improvements
- Improved the UI design of the Event Calendar.
Event Calendar
- The top banner area of the [Event Calendar] has been added.


Fixes

Combat
- Crossbow
: Fixed an issue where [Ruthless Crossbow] would not apply the [Raging Thorns] effect to some enemies in the [Ruthless Rampage] skill area when equipped.
: Fixed an issue with the [Poisonous Dove] skill not applying the [Frenzied Thorns] effect.
- Staff
: Fixed an issue with the [Heatwave] skill applying the effect of Raging Thorns.
- Wand
: Fixed an issue where the [Deep Void Nocturne] equipment skill Nightmare's Enchantment Gain would not apply to Stealth.
- Misc.
Fixed an issue where if a skill's effect was applied after the time the skill was cast, it was calculated using the currently active weapon damage instead of the weapon damage used.
Major skills that were affected include.
> Longbow's Onslaught/Bombardment skill, Wand's Fountain of Life skill, Tevent's Despair Blade's Despair Trap skill, Tevent's Screaming Bow's Pulse Bombardment skill, Queen Blendi's Ruling Rod's Explosive Charge skill, etc.
System Fixes
- Solisium's Blessing] Solia will now look at the player when summoned.
- Resurrection] When using the party member UI to "move to the party member's space" while a character is dead, an incorrect message is displayed and the resurrection button disappears.
- Costumes] Fixed a purchase pop-up when attempting to wear a costume whose settings have not been changed.
Actual cost was not being deducted when no settings were changed.
- [Guild Raids] Fixed an issue where the guild leader and staff members who do not have permission to participate in the guild raid would display incorrect guidance text when changing the guild raid.
- Calendar Notifications] Fixed an issue where the 'icon' for ongoing content was sometimes displayed incorrectly in 'Calendar Notifications'.
- Party Board] Fixed 'Party Recruitment Post' and 'Show My Weapon Details' option settings being displayed overlapping.
Content
- [Tower of Tydal] Fixed an issue where the quest marker would be visible on Dren's alter ego when completing the quest to kill Dren on the 15th floor.
- Fixed an issue where the names of unfinished magic traps in [Exploration Codex], [Ursa Major Fields], and [One-Eyed Falcon] were not visible.


Events/Promotions

[Event] "Detective Inky Gives It All!" attendance sheet is now open.
Roll Call Schedule
- Attendance period: After the 12th June 2024 maintenance - before the 3rd July 2024 maintenance
- Rewards will be available from 12 June 2024 after maintenance to 10 July 2024 before maintenance
The attendance book will be reset at 6am every day.

Known Issues

Co-operative Dungeons
- Intermittently, party members who entered with a party match are not visible.
> When this occurs, party members will appear when you leave and re-enter the dungeon.
Chat.
- Whispering] When whispering with another user, it is no longer possible to change the whisper target with /whisper (space).
> You can change the whisper target by entering it manually, or by trying it after another chat.
Equipment/Stat Presets
- Changing equipment/stat sets may cause previously equipped Stellar Booms to be unequipped.
