Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We are pleased to announce that we will be performing routine maintenance on Wednesday, 19 February 2025.
Please see below for details.
Updates include
Combat balance adjustments and bug fixes for each weapon and weapon specialisation skill.
- We've rebalanced the skills for each weapon.
- Adjusted some of the effects provided by Weapon Specialisations and fixed errors that were occurring.
- Revised tooltip descriptions to make them clearer when using skills.
[Dev Comment]
With this update to specialisations, we've adjusted them to have more distinct roles for different weapon combinations.
However, we've found that the survivability of the Longsword and Wand combos is stronger than we expected, so we'll be making some adjustments to ensure a more balanced combat experience.
We're also adding new tactical elements to certain weapons to help different weapon combinations stand on their own,

Longsword
- [Resolute Charge]
> Deals damage to Stealthy enemies and will now break Stealth on hit.
> Collide: Only the skill's damage is applied if you are immune to knockback.
- [Waves of Pain]
> Taunt, Roar of Dismemberment has been adjusted so that whenever an attack deals damage to a target with Taunt, Roar of Dismemberment applied, the remaining Taunt, Roar of Dismemberment duration increase effect can only be applied a maximum of 3 times per second.
- Spirit of Resilience]
> Fixed an issue that would occasionally cause the healing bonus to be under-applied if the attack was dodged or blocked with Shield Defence or Shield Survival.

About the Regional Contribution Certificate system
- We're introducing a "Regional Contribution Certificate" system that lets you earn more rewards for participating in regional events.
Community Contribution Certificates
- These certificates are given to adventurers who have contributed to the security of the region, and if you have them, you can earn more rewards at regional events.
- You can view your remaining Region Contribution Certificates in the Map HUD.
- If you have a Region Contribution Certificate, you can view your contribution reward information in the Region Event Info window.
- If you've used up all of your Territory Contribution Certificates, you can view your base reward information in the Territory Event Details window.
How to redeem a Regional Contribution Certificate
- When you participate in a regional event while holding a Regional Contribution Certificate, you'll receive a contribution reward that is triple the base reward.
- If you've redeemed all of your Regional Contribution Certificates, you'll receive the base reward.

We've been monitoring playthroughs of the Necrotic Torture Chamber and Challenge Necrotic Torture Chamber and have found that the normal section of the Necrotic Torture Chamber is
is more time-consuming than other dungeons and is causing more party members to drop out.
As a result, we've made improvements to the normal section to ease the difficulty of playing the Torture Chamber of Screams.

- Nebula Island common monsters will have shorter reappearance times overall.
- Every day from 20:00 to 22:00, 'Runaway Zones' will spawn throughout Nebula Island.
> Monsters in these zones will be marked to distinguish them from nearby monsters, and their respawn speed will be dramatically increased.
> Runaway Zones apply to the entirety of the Archium Garrison, Orc Clan, and parts of the Temple of Dedication, as well as the Sanctuary of the Seals.
- Elite monsters on Nebula Island have been reworked.
