Hello, this is THRONE AND LIBERTY.
We are pleased to announce that we will be performing routine maintenance on Wednesday, 30 April 2025.
Please see below for details.


Updates include

The equipment appearance extraction system has been updated.
- You can extract the appearance of a regular weapon or armour piece of equipment and apply it to other items.
- A certain amount of blueprint items are required to extract the appearance.
- The equipment used to extract the appearance will be destroyed.
Extracting an Equipment Appearance
- Added the ability to extract the appearance of a weapon or armour item and apply it to another item.
> The tooltip of an item that can be Appearance Extracted now displays the Appearance Extractable notation.
> The 'Extract Appearance' feature can now be accessed via the item context menu.
> New: 'Extract Appearance' requires a certain number of 'Blueprint' items.
> The equipment used to extract the appearance will be destroyed.
- The [Mirror Boutique] - [Equipment Appearance] menu allows you to view and apply the extracted appearance to a weapon or armour.
- The extracted appearance can be applied/unapplied to the item at any time, and the colour can be changed.
- If your character is wearing a costume, the costume will be prioritised over the equipment appearance (Costume>Equipment Extract Appearance>Item Appearance).


Open! Lucky Mystic Portal!
- During the event, you can enter the interior of the Lucky Mystic Portal to obtain hidden treasure chests.
- Lucky Mystic Portals have a 100% chance of appearing when you open a Mystic Globe.

> There is a 100% chance that a Lucky Mystic Portal will appear when you activate a Mystic Key during the event.
> The Lucky Mystic Portal will consume a Lucky Mystic Key to access the inner room and trigger the Hidden Treasure Chest event.

Some systems have been improved and added.
- The number of Resonance Stones required for talent resonance has been relaxed.
- Added matching rules to ensure the same number of Wand weapons in the Arena.
- Improved matchmaking logic on Nebula Island.

Corridor of Illusions
- The Nebula trinket that drops during the extreme stage of the Corridor of Illusions has been changed from [Necklace, Belt] to one of [Necklace, Belt, Ring, Bracelet].
Arena
- Ranking Points
> Ranking points will no longer drop at the end of an Arena match if the match is tied without a kill.
- Improved matchmaking rules
> Added matchmaking rules to ensure equal numbers of Wand weapons in Arena.
> If a friendly team has a Wand wielder, the opposing team will always have a Wand wielder.
> If a friendly team does not have a Wand weapon user, the opposing team will not have a Wand user.
> There is a maximum of one Wand user per team.
Nebula Island
- We're improving the matchmaking logic on Nebula Island.
> A system has been added to mitigate the issue of being matched with opponents from previous seasons.
- Nebula Stone recharge time is now limited to a maximum of 10 hours.
> The Nebula Island main window will now display the amount of time you can play and recharge items.
> The time available to recharge will be reset weekly.

Challenges
- Additional rewards have been added for Party Matching for Challenges.
> Additional rewards will only be available for the first Challenging Tier (Tier 1, 3, and 5) entered through Party Matching.
> Additional rewards will be available when opening Challenge Arena Reward Chests.


Some equipment will be rebalanced.
- Some Tolland Fieldboss and Archboss weapons will be rebalanced.


Fixed some skill and tooltip errors.
- Some tooltip descriptions have been enhanced or corrected.
- Fixed some skill animations and errors.
Character Information
- Fixed tooltips for buff duration and debuff duration stats.

Common
- Attack height for ranged weapons has been adjusted to 3.5m.
- Attack height for ground-based skills has been adjusted to 3.5m.
Longsword
- Critical Chance Mastery 1 [Annihilation Blade]
> Cost adjusted from 10 -> 7 points.
> Fixed an issue with the damage being applied as magic damage when the skill hits.
- Chance to Win Specialisation 1-3 [Annihilation Blade], [Amplify Effect], [Increase Effect Time]
> Tooltips have been modified.
> Damage from Longsword Skills -> Damage from Longsword Use Skills
- Specialisation Advanced Attack achievement effects [Harsh Strike]
> Added tooltips for Penetrating Strike and Annihilating Blade.
> Fixed an issue where Harsh Strike would not trigger on a [Blade of Annihilation] hit while equipped with [Deluz Noah's Frostblade].
- Specialisation Rare Attack Achievement Effect [Crushing Strike].

> Fixed an issue with the [Repel] icon effect tooltip not displaying the correct specialisation level when viewing the tooltip.

> Fixed an issue where the debuff that reduces healing received by 80% for 6 seconds would ignore debuff immunity.
Dagger

> Fixed an issue where the attack distance was set differently than 4 metres.
- Specialisation Rare Tactics [Focused Movement Speed] Node
> Fixed an issue where the buff duration reduction was incorrectly applied at level 8.
Crossbow
- Specialisation Common Tactics Achievement Effect [Tactical Counterattack].
> Adjusted the effect's cast time from instant to 1 second after triggering.
Staff
- Fireball Specialisation 1 [Cohesive Fireball], Infernal Meteorite Specialisation 3 [Reduced Healing]
> Healing Reduction has been adjusted to stack with the following skills.
> Dagger [Rain Shot] or Dualsword [Guillotine Blade].
Wand
- [Chaotic Shield]
> Fixed an issue that prevented the View Linked Skills hotkey from working.
- Binding of Grace Mastery 3 [Increased effect duration].
> Fixed an issue that caused the duration to end incorrectly when receiving the Binding of Grace effect after activating this Mastery.
- Specialisation Advanced Defence Achievement Effect [Spirit's Touch]
> Fixed the effect value when viewing the Specialisation skill tooltip to be based on Hero level 5.
Staff
- Specialisation Advanced Tactics Achievement Effect [Flame Blast]
> [Hell Gatekeeper's Galeblade] Fixed an issue where killing an equipped target while equipped would not trigger the effect.
Longbow
- [Mark of the Maw]
> Fixed an issue that prevented Mark of the Maw from triggering an active skill that is a condition of a skill hit.
- Specialised Heroic Tactics Achievement Effect [Blinding Blow]
> Fixed an issue where the skill's effect could be applied as a magic attack.
Guardian.
- [Vampire Slayer Esquel]
> Fixed an issue where the effect icon would display incorrectly when transforming into a Guardian.
Weapon Specialisations
- Added effect display on the node that is applying the effect when hovering over stats within the specialisation effect area.

Other convenience and improvements have been made.
- Added the ability to recruit parties by specifying "Abyssal Dungeon" and "Battlegrounds" on the Party Board.
- The speciality shop design has been redesigned.
Party Board
- Added the ability to recruit parties by specifying 'Abyssal Dungeon' and 'Battlegrounds' on the Party Board.
> Abyssal Dungeon and Battlegrounds posts will only show posts from characters on the same server.
- Added an 'All' filter to the Challenge Tier filter.
Speciality Shop
- The design of the Speciality Shop has been redesigned.
> If you are low on Lucent, you can now top up your Lucent via a pop-up UI without changing the selected item.
> The locker has been changed to a pop-up UI.
> The same camera controls as in the Mirror Boutique are now available on the product details page (zoom in/out/rotate).
Bags
- Added 'Unequip from all gear and stat sets' menu when selecting equipped gear.
HUD
- Improved the mouse rotation experience using mouse click-drag.
> Improved the camera rotation experience with right-click dragging, instead of right-clicking on items and UI buttons.
- Added a list of content points in the HUD to show content engagement opportunities at a glance.
> Includes the existing 'Sign of the Covenant: Dimension 1', 'Sign of the Covenant: Dimension 2', and 'Sign of the Covenant: Abyss'.
> 'Community Contribution Certificate' is now included and displayed as a content point.
> The Mystic Portal Key quantity has been moved from the existing goods list to the content points list.
> In the future, the remaining 'Commissioned Contract Rights' will also be included and displayed as Content Points.
Costumes
- Added the ability to toggle the 'Tattoos' feature on/off for the 'Thunderstorm Descent' costume.
Maps
- Improved map display in areas that don't require a map, such as Tower of Tydal, Gateway to Infinity, Guild Lairs, and Guild Raids.
Shop
- When purchasing items from the Shop, you can now purchase only the amount of the item you need compared to the amount you have in your bag.
> The above feature is available with the 'Fill' button, which has been added to the existing 'Bulk Buy'.
> If you already have enough quantity in your bag, or if the item has been purchased, the purchase will not be made.
Requisitions
- Shortcuts have been added to the Requisition Manager and the button that triggers a requisition.

Local events
- When you click on a vendor in the content alert while participating in a local event, the location of the vendor on the minimap has been improved.
> The minimap now moves to the icon closest to the current character when multiple icons appear.
- You can now see both contribution rewards and base reward information in the regional event information window.

Emotes
- Emotes - We've added 14 new Gimme Healer emotes to the content.

Parties
- To make party play smoother, only the party leader can change the order of party members.
> The party leader can change the order of party members by dragging the party member numbers in the party management UI.
> The order changed by the party leader is synchronised to all party members, and the entire party shares the same party member number.
> You can also set whether your information appears in the HUD party list in the Party Management UI.
- When you enter a party with a party match, it now shows which role you were matched with.

Raids
- Improved the Raids window to show members of the same raid when they are on a different map or have logged out.
Guilds
- When distributing guilds, the order of guild member output has been improved to be sorted by participant, ascending by character name within the distributor.
> Your character is always displayed at the top.
Pins
- Maps - Added a button to share personal pins in chat.
> The existing sharing method of ALT + left mouse click is still available.
Cooking
- Added search functionality to dishes.
> You can now search for dish names and option names at the same time.
> Both dish names and options that contain the search term you enter will be searched and displayed in the results.
> If you search for "attack", dishes with "attack" in the name and "attack" in the options will be displayed.

Runes
- When rune growth fails, a system message displays the name of the failed stat and the accumulated growth points.
Sales settings
- The Vanguard Warlord set has been changed to no longer be available for sale like other Heroic Tier 2 gear.
Item Information Window
- Added a context menu to the tooltip for items entered through a chat link.
Item management rule changes
- Item destruction/locking
> Crate items cannot be destroyed or locked.
- Warehouse storage
> Limited-time items cannot be warehoused for item identification.
> Items that have no value other than sale after initial acquisition cannot be warehoused (Amiibois / Titles / Transformations, etc.)
Adventure Memories
- You can rewatch cinematic cutscenes from 'Memories of Wisp Island' and 'Memories of Other Resistances' in the Adventurer's Room in Castler Village and in the Adventure Memories in Amitoi House.
Gamepad experience improvements.
- HUD editing is now possible in the gamepad experience.

The operation guide at the bottom of the screen disappears when there is pad input,
If there is no input for 1 second, it will be displayed again.

Camera Settings (Xbox Controller)
- The camera settings have been improved to allow you to edit the cross hair and character position.
> Arrow keys: Change the horizontal/vertical position of the cross hair.
> RB (Hold) + Arrow Keys: Change the horizontal/vertical position of the character on screen.

Event Details (Xbox Controller)
- We've improved the way you can view the details of an ongoing event while in Content Alert control mode.
> Menu (press and hold): View event details on the map

Guilds
- When donating to a guild, long pressing the button now allows for continuous donations.
Fixes

Fixed UI errors
- Calendar] HUD - Fixed an issue where events were not sorted in chronological order in the Calendar.
- Map] Fixed an issue where the monster names were not sorted correctly in Map - Hunting Spot Information - Monster Information.
- Party] Fixed an unusable "Generate Invite Link" button being enabled and displayed when the party leader of a matched party opened the party management window.
- Party] Fixed incorrect HP display for deceased party members.
- Raid] Fixed an issue where the HP of a deceased squadron was displayed incorrectly.
- Guild] Fixed a bug where rewards received in 'Guild - Rewards' would display the number 57.
- Guilds] Fixed a batch guild donation that sometimes left a small number of possible donations.
- Mail] Fixed a red dot not disappearing from the 'Main Menu - Mail' button when receiving mail from a blocked character.
- Capture the Flag] Fixed a bug where the declaration period time for the Dimension Stone Capture the Flag was incorrectly displayed when the Capture the Flag became open to matches.
- Attendance] Improved the Attendance Book to clearly display the actual number of attendance replenishments available.
- Photo Mode] Fixed a bug in the emote UI in Photo Mode where the icons would appear to be squashed.
- Parties] Removed meaningless clicks on matching roles when matching parties.
- Chat] Fixed viewer transparency setting options to be properly applied to the viewer.
- Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the box preview popup would be hidden behind the view dropbox popup.
Gamepad
- Mirror Boutique: Fixed an issue where the cursor would not be visible when using the "No Apply" operation in the Hue palette.
- Amitoi: Fixed an issue where the focus direction was not displayed when viewing descriptions.
- Chat: Fixed an issue where the chat keyguide would not display when exiting after a hyperlink text popup.
- Special Dungeon - Gateway to Infinity: Fixed an issue where focus would be lost when pressing the directional keys after focusing on the "All Rankings" button.
- Character Info: Fixed an issue where the "Remove all equipped equipment" button could not be selected.
- Fixed an issue where the overlay control guide would not be displayed after executing "Reset All Control Keys".
- Fixed an issue where "effect detail icons" would not be hidden upon death.
Promotions

- A total of 14 costumes and 16 weapon cosmetics will be re-released every two weeks starting 16 April.



Known Issues

The following in-game issues are being reported and we will do our best to fix them as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Equipment Appearance
- Guild marks are hard to see when dyeing cloaks
- The 'Battlefield Commander's Cloak' will now appear as the 'Combatant's Cloak' when extracting the appearance.
Costumes
- When applying an advanced pattern to the 'Prestigious Gold Armour' outfit, the pattern may not appear correctly depending on the distance.
