What
's New
Equipment attack stat integration and defensive capabilities have been increased.
- Equipment attack stats have been consolidated and defence stats have been increased.
- Improved the efficiency of stat points invested as characters grow.

Character Stats
- Fighting Spirit
> Minimum and maximum damage per point increased by 20%.
> Maximum health per point increased from 30 to 45.
> Health regeneration per point increased from 1.5 to 3.75.
- Wisdom
> Maximum mana per point increased from 30 to 45.
- Insight
> Minimum and maximum damage per point increased by 20%.
NPC changes
- All monsters have had their Hit and Critical Damage slightly increased to match the defensive capabilities of their increased gear options.
Capture the Flagstone/Dimensional Stone cycle has been changed.
- The Capture the Flag schedule for Origin Stones and Dimension Stones is now fixed at 11pm.
- The replay cycle for Capture the Flag has been changed.
Birthstone/Dimensionstone Operational Cycle
- All Origin Stones and Dimension Stones on the server will operate at a fixed time of 11pm.
- The replay cycle for all Origin Stones and Dimension Stones will change as follows.
Capture Content

4-day cycle / 11pm
Due to the change in the scheduling of Captures, the schedule for Origin Stones and Dimension Stones will be reset after the maintenance, and all Captures will begin at 11pm on 31 January.
Guilds holding Origin Stones and Dimensional Stones will remain the same, only the time of the Capture Battle will change.
Capture the Flag notification
- We've changed the way Origin / Dimension Stone progress notification messages are displayed.
> World-wide notifications are now displayed when a Captured Stone is 'abandoned' or 'claimed' as the end of the Capture Battle.
> Notifications will now only be displayed to players in the Capturing Guild if the Capturing Guild changes during the Capture.
Fixed some skill effects.
- Fixed errors in some skills.
Common
- Fixed an issue where some skills were not affected by 'buff duration'.
Longsword
- Changed the debuff targets referenced in the [Chance to Win] skill tooltip to "debuff targets applied by you".
Dagger
- Changed the distance [Frenzied Sword Dance] can travel to the next target from 12 metres to 6 metres.
- Fixed [Frenzied Sword Dance] not working on terrain with elevation changes.
- Fixed [Black Wind Spirit] being applied as secondary weapon damage.
- Fixed [Cloak of Stealth] resetting its cooldown if you kill a target within 3 seconds of releasing it.
Staffs
- Fixed [Ice Spear]'s skill range guide appearing to be longer than its actual effect.
Wands
- Fixed [Clay's Salvation]'s healing effect being applied twice in certain situations.
Equipment Skills
- Fixed an issue where the cooldown of Cloak of Stealth would not be reset when using Tevent's Slaughter Blade to unlock Cloak of Stealth and killing an enemy with an attack or inflicting Poison.
Improved combat experience.
- Improved the conditions for changing skill quickslot sets.
- Improved the presentation of targeting and combat information.
- Tightened restrictions on using additional weapons beyond the two you have equipped to prevent you from gaining more combat effectiveness than intended.
Skill Quickslot Sets
- We've improved the ability to freely change your Quickslot Sets while sitting at a campfire and receiving the 'Warmth of the Campfire', as well as the ability to remove skills with cooldowns from the Quickslot.
- Fixed not being able to change the Quickslot set when a toggle slot is active.
- Fixed not being able to change the Quickslot set when a rechargeable skill is charging.
Combat Information
- Added the option to show only the harmful effects you deal in the target window (Preferences - Gameplay - Character - Attacks).
: Default value is now On.
Equipment swapping
- Changed the penalty time for being unable to use a skill when switching equipment during battle from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.
Changed rewards for Regional Events and Field Dungeons.
- Changed the rewards for Marinds in Peace regional events.
- Ranked rewards in Regional Events have been reduced.
- Increased the drop rate of "Marine" in Field Dungeons.
Regional Events
- Changed the Marind reward for Peaceful Regional Events to the same tier/quantity of Grindbooks/Trainers.
- Reduced the amount of marine/grinder/temperer rewards given as ranked rewards in regional events to 66% of the previous level.
Field Dungeons
- Instead of reducing the amount of marine in
Regional
Events, we've increased the drop rate of marine in Field Dungeons that use Sign of the Covenant: Abyss.
Some content and system usability improvements.
- Improved the system to show the peace/conflict status of the current region.
- Made some improvements to the functionality of the party window and party recruitment.
- Level 20 is now required to use the world and party recruitment chat.
For other content and system fixes, please check the "Fixes" section.
Worlds
- We've improved the map and minimap to show in-game day and night even when you're indoors (such as in co-operative dungeons).
- The peace/conflict status of the Abyss of Sileus, Temple of Silaves, Anthill, Temple of Desire, and Dark Ossuary is now displayed as a map icon.
- When changing the nature (conflict/peace) of an area you are in, a message will now appear at the top of the screen informing you of the change.
Parties
- Added a button to the party list that allows you to enter the dungeon of another party member when they are in Paola's dimension circle.
- The HUD representation when you are in a party has been emphasised.
Party Recruitment
- In Party Recruitment, you can now specify a category for each dungeon to view recruitment posts.
Guilds
- The inactivity period for delegating guild leader privileges after a long period of inactivity has been changed from 14 days to 7 days.
- The practice scarecrow placed in the dueling area of the Guild Hideout has been removed.
Exploration Codex
- [Wedge Desert > Treasure in the Dawn] Fixed the treasure to last for 10 minutes when it appears.
- Fixed treasures in [Fornos Basin > Treasures of the Fornos Basin] to last 10 minutes when they appear.
- In [Akidu Gorge > Carving a Path of Infiltration], the scaffolding has been reinforced to prevent players from getting stuck in the breakthrough section of the flame trap.
Gigantite
- Stamina will no longer be consumed when using defensive skills while mounted on Gigantite and under the "Divine Protection" buff.
Arc Bosses
- Fixed characters with Queen Blendy's larva attached to them to always be exposed.
- Changed Queen Blendi to drop tradeable Commander-in-Chief's Invulnerability Gaiters.
Chat
- World Chat availability has been changed to level 20.
- Party Recruitment chat availability has been changed to level 20.
Recovery
- Added the ability to recover from two or more death penalties at once.
Improved UI usability.
- Improved the ability to check the source and use of items when clicking on them in the Exchange.
- Added "Tax Status" to the [Main Menu] to check accumulated taxes.
- Other UI inconveniences have been improved.
Please check the "Fixes" section for other UI related errors.
Exchange
- When clicking on an item in the exchange, the menu has been improved to show the source and use of the item.
- When using the exchange filter, the last filter state is now retained even after the window closes.
Menu
- The [Tax Status] UI has been added to the [Main Menu] to check accumulated taxes.
Table of Contents
- A tab has been added to allow you to search and purchase ingredients directly when you click on an ingredient item.
Content alerts
- When clicking on the Adventure/Exploration Codex marker on the minimap while the Content Alerts admin window is open, the location of the list is now highlighted.
- Improved to highlight the location of the selected codex list on entry by clicking the [Content Alerts > Content Details] button.
Switching skills
- The darkened list of switchable skills now displays level information.
- Improved the ability to drag and drop a switchable skill to a replacement slot.
Common
- Changed the appearance of the cursor when right-clicking and dragging to make the operation more recognisable.
- Added double-click functionality to special dungeons, guild raids, costumes, character selection, and server selection screens.
Other UI improvements
- When timed confirmation windows (party invitations, guild summons, etc.) are displayed at the same time, the existing windows will stack instead of disappearing.
- Lucent goods are now displayed in the full window of the merchant NPC.
- Improved guide messages in situations where voice chat using PurpleTalk is possible.
- Fixed a feature condition to allow bulk expansion only when there is a list in the Stellavision panel.
- Changed the way extracted items are labelled.
Improved usability for gamepads.

- We've made it easier to recognise marker operations by displaying marker icons and key guides on the HUD.

- The focus path has been improved by removing redundant buttons from the character information screen.

Fixed content errors
- Fixed an issue where Field Boss "Minzerok" would not exit.
- Fixed an issue where the dagger skill 'Frenzied Sword Dance' could not be used on the 'Training Archeum Statue' placed in the Stronghold.
- Fixed an issue where certain 'Starwood' rewards in the Black Forest were set incorrectly.
- Fixed Living Armour Archer's Bomb Arrow no longer causing status effects when blocked with a defensive skill in Abyss of Sileus levels 3 and 4.
- Fixed an unusable shackle on floors 5 and 6 of the Abyss of Sileus.
- Fixed a temporary weakening of the boiling display before a geyser erupts on Tyrant's Isle.
- Fixed an issue in the Cursed Wastes where players could walk through some of the wooden barriers placed in the area.
- Fixed an issue where camera distance would reset when entering or respawning in the Cursed Wastes.
- Fixed an issue where defeating a Shapeshifter during the battle with Magnaduq in Butcher's Canyon would intermittently cause a magic circle to spawn.
- Fixed a bug where Storm Raven's spin angle was wider than other gliding transformations.
- Fixed an issue where some areas were offering lower foraging rewards than the area rating.
System error fixes
- Fixed an issue where closing the open window and retrying after interacting with the [Party Recruitment Board] would not be performed correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the number of party members was not updated intermittently in the [Party Recruitment] window.
- Fixed an intermittent skipping of targets that should be targeted when repeating targeting with the Tab key.
- Fixed an intermittent case where interacting with a distant target with a mouse click would continue to move instead of stopping near the target.
- Fixed the death penalty recovery number being incorrectly displayed at 0:00.
- Fixed a bug in the [Guilds] window where the list of guild relationships was sometimes not displayed correctly.
- Fixed unintended characters being displayed when using "Party Recruitment Link" with special characters in [Chat].
- Fixed unintended characters being displayed when entering multiple links at the same time in [Chat].
- Fixed a bug where the main drop location for the [Mystic Key] was being displayed as "Request Resistance".
> [Mystic Key] can now be purchased from the "Request Coin Trader".
Fixed UI errors
- Fixed an issue in the Gateway to Infinity where if more than 5 rewards were earned at once, the number of rewards received would only display up to 5 rewards.
- Fixed Red Dot not displaying in speciality shop stashes.
- Fixed an issue with incorrect tooltips when switching tabs in the Mirror Boutique.
- Fixed an issue where changing the channel after entering a chat would delete the chat.
- Fixed chat window size not scaling with resolution.
- Fixed quest markers being displayed incorrectly on maps and minimaps.
- Fixed a bug where clicking on a quickslot in a different skill group would not select the quickslot and the group highlight would not toggle.
Gamepad bug fixes
- Fixed the map cursor becoming larger after 'Investigate'.
- Fixed a bug where chat messages could block the controls in bags.
- Fixed context menu page switching not working in Crafting NPC > Bags.
- Fixed a bug in the gamepad control guide where the "Counter Personnel" action was displayed as "Counterattack".
- Fixed an issue where uncontrollable key icons were displayed when printing pop-ups from the HUD.
- Fixed an issue in Mirror Boutique > Costumes where the control guide would not display when switching pads.
- Fixed overlay control guides not being hidden in certain situations.
Graphical/performance fixes
- Improved visibility of weapon proficiency buttons.
- Redesigned the glide gauge for better perception.
- Improved the appearance of some of the icons on the Party Markers.
- Improved the success/failure indicator for Gateway to Infinity.
- For content that hasn't yet been unlocked through a Chronology, we've improved the UI to show which Chronology it's unlocking in the same way.

: Adjusted rewards for Origin Stones/Dimensional Stones (Resource Production per Hour and Guild Activity Points per Minute > 1x)
Proof of Contract awarded via mail on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) only; adjusted the amount of dimensional rewards. (900 > 0)
Known Issues
We will do our best to fix the following in-game issues as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Combat
- [Frenzied Sword Dance] is sometimes interrupted when the target is attached to a wall or object.
- [Corruption Fullness] effects are sometimes applied to players other than the caster.
System
- The option "Do not show other players' skill performances" does not work correctly.
: It can be changed in [Preferences > Gameplay > Character > Attacks], and the default setting is to "show all".
> We've fixed a bug where other users attacking the target you're targeting will display their skill animations, but some decals are still showing up, so we'll be working on that.
- In short cuts with a stellaboom equipped, the icon for unequipping the stellaboom is displayed as the icon for the stellaboom that was previously equipped.
