[Purple] Increased OS version support for Purple Mobile

We would like to inform you that the minimum OS version for Purple App support has changed.

Minimum OS version required to use Purple App

Previously: Android 8.0 or higher

Changed: Android 9.0 or higher

The changes that occur due to the minimum OS version change are as follows.

If you have installed and are using the Purple App on a device with an Android OS version lower than 9.0, you will not be able to use the app.

You will be able to use the app for the time being, but you will not be able to update the app in the future.

You will not be able to install new Purple Apps on devices running Android OS 9.0 or lower.

If you are using Android OS 9.0 or higher, you can continue to use the app as before.

You can continue to use the app as before with no changes.
