Traces around the Tower Chapter 8 - Throne and Liberty

Lukas suspected the Abandoned Tower on Daybreak Shore of being another imp lair. You traveled there on behalf of the injured Lukas. There, beneath the Abandoned Tower, you found the body of a Shadowmancer and a parchment that had been charred black by dark magic.

The Abandoned Tower is located on an island near the Daybreak Shore waypoint. At the foot of the island hill, we find a charred corpse, which we examine immediately.

This body is completely charred. It has a Shadowmancer's symbol tattoed on its skin.

The skin is intact, suggesting that he was struck by black magic, not fire.

Take a look around to see if there's any more evidence.

The clues lead us up the mountain. There we find a Burnt Parchment.

It's a half burnt parchment. It must benn fallen from the dead Shadowmancer's body. There is a drawing of a sword-stabbed deer on the front, and some writing on the back. "Light fire using the Gurges Oil to guide the Demon. Stab a deer ..."(The following sentence is illegible because of the soot.)
