To unlock Thieving Nick, complete the Meeting a Friend in the Field Exploration quest in Urstella Fields:

  • Find the Powerless Little Doll in the Wrecked Carriage
  • Talk to Ashien at Starlight Observatory Ruins
  • Defeat the monsters on one of the floor between 1-10F in Taedal's Tower
  • Talk to Ashien again
  • Talk to the Inn Owner at Kastleton Inn
  • Talk to Tailor Noan in the guest room on the Kastleton Inn 2F, and awaken the Powerless Little Doll
