How to Get Ebon Roar Sabatons in Throne & Liberty

You can obtain Ebon Roar Sabatons by completing the Tyrant's Isle Co-Op Dungeon and opening the chest at the end of the dungeon. Opening the chest costs 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens. 

The drop chance is 12.85% each time you open the chest.

You can also craft it at the Senior Armor Crafter in Stonegard Castle, if you have a Precious Lithograph: Ebon Roar Sabatons. Lithographs are usually purchased at the Auction House.
