Maximizes DPS utilizing weakens with zephyr's knock This works with any build but I recommend focusing on Hit/Crit or Heavy Damage build

Victorious Energy 
Ensnaring Arrow 
Serial Fire Bombs 2 times
Inferno Wave 1 time
Zephyr's Nock (weaken should be at 10)

Inferno Wave 1 time (should be 2nd proc)
Chain Lightning 
Judgment Lightning 2 times
Strafing 2 times
Zephyr's Nock (weaken should be at 10)
Strafing 1 time (should be 3rd proc to add wind damage amplify for Decisive Sniping)
Decisive Sniping (Use before rotation or as a filler between Zephyr's Nock and Chain Lightning or at end of combo)

Prioritization
Your priority is to maintain Victorious Energy  and always utilize Zephyr's Nock once your weaken reaches 10 stacks and also after Strafing . This turns Zephyr's Nock from a low damage skill to a high damage skill. 

Your Defensive Skills
Your mana regen use Inner Peace 
Your heal Nature's Blessing and Healing Touch 
Your block/dodge Mystic Shield
