How to Get Supreme Devotion in Throne & Liberty

You can obtain Supreme Devotion by completing the Cave of Destruction Co-Op Dungeon and opening the chest at the end of the dungeon. Opening the chest costs 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens. 

The drop chance is 12.85% each time you open the chest.

You can also craft it at the Senior Armor Crafter in Stonegard Castle, if you have a Precious Lithograph: Supreme Devotion. Lithographs are usually purchased on the Auction House.
