There are currently four important food recipes, and which one you should use depends on your build and what type of combat you're currently doing: Rare Aroma Pie - Increases your Hit and Critical Hit for 30 minutes. Good general-purpose DPS food. Rare Salted Jerky - Increases all Defence for 30 minutes. Ideal for tanks or more defensively built PvP characters. Rare Quarba Sandwich - Grants a larger Hit and Critical Hit boost for 30 minutes, but only against bosses. Use this food before fighting tough bosses - it works well for Taedal's Tower. Rare Rotein Muffin - Improves your Hit and Critical Hit by a larger amount for 30 minutes, but only in PvP. The go-to food for most PvP builds.
