Deals damage proportional to Base Damage with a chance to apply Weaken: Burning. Burning lasts for a set duration and deals damage (per stack) per sec. Stacks up to 10 times. Recast within 3s to use again, up to 3 times in a row. Casting time decreases and Mana cost increases as the skill is used consecutively.
Epic
Deals damage proportional to Base Damage. Nearby enemies also take damage if the target is Wet. Deals Bonus Damage to targets affected by Weaken: Burning.
