This is only available when a resettable skill exists, and it is not affected by Skill cooldown stat and Skill cooldown reduction.
On multiple skill hits in a short time, Magic, Melee, and Ranged Critical Hit Chance increase. Stacks up to 5 times. This effect ends if the user fails to use the Active Skill again within the time limit after its activation.
