A strange type of Demonic Beast that lives in the Manawastes, also known as the Demon King's Eye. Unlike their hard outer skin, their eyeballs are fragile and commonly become bloodshot due to the dry air of the Wastelands. When shapeshifted into one, you can cross the Wastelands without fear of being attacked by other Evil Eyes.
