A variety of huge boar that lives in the Carmine Forest. They are gray and have very stiff hairs on their backs. Their chins and tusks are extraordinarily strong. When they spy their prey, they quickly charge in.

They are said to have been created by the Great Sage Tree, and there are even legends saying Niver Wolpertingers are themselves great tree spirits.

The most belligerent of the wolf varieties roaming the Blackhowl Plains. They sport bright, sand-colored fur and sharp fangs. Upon entering striking range, they dash toward their target and attack without mercy. Because they can run as fast as an arrow, they are also known as Arrow Wolves.
