There had not been a single sighting of the Mystic Beast Caproth for many years following when they were first identified in the high mountains of Trutizan. According to ancient literature, these creatures shot electric currents through their horns during rainy weather and flew through the sky at light speed, roaring all the while. Sightings of this long-lost beast have been reported throughout the continent in recent times.

Reville Lupius and Kazar Simosen, after occupying the Kingdom of Solisium, founded the Arkeum Legion to solidify their power. The Arkeum soldiers, with Kazar as their Chief Commander, were merciless enforcers. These troops were equipped with weapons and armor enchanted with black magic, making it seemingly impossible for anyone to oppose them. To this day, many still tremble with fear at the mere sight of their black armor.
The Cygnuses of the Belphoret region are referred to as the "aristocrats of the sky" or the "white counts" due to their elegance in flight. Cygnuses' feathers can withstand freezing cold, are the source of their emitted light, and allow their high velocity in flight.
